Please keep in mind that the questions can be customized for each customer's company. For example, you can ask for a PO from one company and another form of payment from another company.
At the end of the questions, the system will display a link that is usually sent to the parts sales team. You can click on the link to see the parts order details.
The system tracks all quote request by the customer. As a result, no opportunities slip through the cracks.
